Return Policy
All sales made through the Hevy Hed Productions, Inc. Web site are subject to Hevy Hed Productions, Inc.’s return policy. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Follow this checklist to return by mail:

Include all original packing materials, and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
Indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
You are responsible for all shipping charges.
However, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.
Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Hevy Hed Productions, Inc. for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item. You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.

Please note for bundle purchases: In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually.

If you return an order that included a free gift, you must also return the free gift in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.
